Default How do I take a square and...

Hi Everyone,

I have Publisher 2007. I'm making plans for a wood duck box and I want to
make a square and then pull one corner of it slightly down so it looks like
the wood duck box is on a slight angle. Is this possible please. Thanks for
your time.

You can draw a square, copy/paste special as a .wmf, ungroup then edit the
points. This will allow you to pull down one corner.

Publisher also has 3D tools.

Hi Mary,

I'm so sorry to bother you but I can't get it to work.

I can draw a square, copy/paste special as a .wmf which I hope is "Picture
Windows Metafile", then I can click the "Select Objects" tool , and then
drag to make a selection rectangle around the square. Then I can go to
"Arrange" and click on "Ungroup", then You wrote "edit the points". I don't
know how. Eveything I try does not pull down one corner. Can you explain it
for me please? I really hate to bother you again. Thank you, Ron

Hey Ron, This is my fault. I had forgotten you couldn't turn an AutoShape into a
picture that one could edit the points.
This is what you want to do.
Autoshapes, Lines, Freeform. Manually draw your square. You can create ruler
guides that will help keep your lines straight and the result square.
Right-click the creation, the edit points should be active.
