A survey for Word users

Hi,

I've been a member of this group for a while and recieved (and given)
lots of help on Word.

I am currently developing a product to solve a number of the
formatting problems that people experience when working with Microsoft
Word documents.

If you could spare only a few minutes to complete the following
survey, it would be very helpful.

And requires Javascript. I guess you're only interested in responses
from non-security-conscious users.

Many thanks to those that have taken this survey, the response has
been great.

The survey is being used as part of the devlopment of a new software
product to help users with document formatting.

I'm planning to keep the survey open for at least November, so if
anyone would still like to take the survey, here is the address
