Default Charting Data

Using Excel 2003
I have data that I want to chart, but I'm really not sure where to start. Is
anyone willing to look at my Excel file and tell me how to chart this data?
It would just be easier for someone to look at it.
ANY help would be greatly appreciated, Karen
