Upgrade or wait
I'm using Access 2003 and I am thinking about upgrading to 2007 (first to
test if my apps work in A2007 and later to migrate my apps). I've read several comments of users who aren't so happy with A2007. I know this is hard to answer, but do you think it is worth to wait for a newer version (when would that be?) or will A2007 do just fine? Thank you, John |

Microsoft recently announced that the next version of Office will come out in 2010. To upgrade or not only you can determine, with your kinds of apps. In our company we upgraded our apps, created new ribbons for them, and are very happy with the result. -Tom. Personally based on what I've seen of Office 14, and this is only my
opinion, I would actually wait for Office 14 to come out. There are significant improvements happening there and so I've already told my work that they should wait for Office 14. But that is my personal opinion. -- Thanks, Bob Larson Access MVP Free Access Tutorials and Resources: http://www.btabdevelopment.com "John J." wrote in message ...
