Default Automatically open PowerPoint presentation from Outlook?

Someone told me you can have presentation run without having to click on the
file. Somehow it is embedded into the email. How is this done? THanks!

It only used to work on some systems with some versions of Outlook. Outlook
has been patched to prevent this now (for security reasons).
