Outlook 2000 profile problem
Hello everyone,
I have Outlook 2000 installed and we are connecting to a exchange 5.5 server. When I try to create a Outlook profile with the default name MS Exchange Settings I get an error saying, "The profile name you have typed already exists. Type a different profile name." The strange things is there is no profile in the list by that name. Why can't i do this??? Another question I have is this, why in the properties of outlook 2000 exchange settings would the properties page be dimmed so I can't change my profile setings??? Thanks in advance... |

Ensure that you are logging into the desktop machine as a local adminstrator.
