Screen shots into PowerPoint
I'm taking screen shots of a web page to drop into
PowerPoint to construct a training slide show on how to use the web site. When I either past or insert the screen shot I loose sharpness in the graphic (the web page becomes a jpeg when done with a screen shot). I've tried photo shop and few other product to sharpen the JPEG more but it still drops when it goes into PowerPoint. |

Try using GIFs or PNGs for screen shots. Also, I use HyperSnap-DX for
screen shots rather than the clipboard. Others may pop in with other ideas. -- Sonia, MS PowerPoint MVP Team Autorun CD software, templates, and tutorials http://www.soniacoleman.com/ "Bob" wrote in message ... I like snagit (http://techsmith.com/products/snagit/default.asp) for screen
captures, or capturing windows/portions of screens/etc. Save as a .jpeg or ..png. -- Best Regards, Troy Chollar TLC Creative Services, inc. troy at tlccreative dot com ================================================ Featured Presenter, PowerPoint Live 2004 October 10-13, San Diego, CA www.PowerPointLive.com ================================================ "Sonia" wrote in message ... Once again in English: PowerPoint always blurs imported images. Have a look here for one workaround: MUSHY/BLURRY GRAPHICS in PowerPoint http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00065.htm -- Steve Rindsberg, PPT MVP PPT FAQ: www.pptfaq.com PPTools: www.pptools.com ================================================ Featured Presenter, PowerPoint Live 2004 October 10-13, San Diego, CA www.PowerPointLive.com ================================================ |
