Excel spread sheet
Shirley
Is it possible? Yes. Have you tried it? Obviously not. You might be better off to set up your Excel sheet as a source for a Word Mailmerge with fields for your Invoice. Have your titles such as Name, Address, City, State, Zip in separate columns in row 1. Then each client on its own row across these columns. For mailmerge tips see David McRitchie's site. http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/mailmerg.htm Gord Dibben Excel MVP XL2002 On Tue, 30 Sep 2003 10:38:01 -0700, "Shirley Morgan" wrote: I want to set up a spread sheet using column 1 to insert a name and address with puncutation, i.e. Mr. F.
