Default Excel spread sheet

I want to set up a spread sheet using column 1 to insert a
name and address with puncutation, i.e.
Mr. F. Bloggs,
Noddy House,
Big Ears Lane,
Mr. Plod Parish,
Toytown

I then want to be able to cut and paste this address to an
invoice in Word, is this possible?

Thank you.

Regards

Shirley

Is it possible? Yes. Have you tried it? Obviously not.

You might be better off to set up your Excel sheet as a source for a Word
Mailmerge with fields for your Invoice.

Have your titles such as Name, Address, City, State, Zip in separate columns
in row 1.

Then each client on its own row across these columns.

For mailmerge tips see David McRitchie's site.
