Default Enabling Cache Mode in Outlook 2k3

I just completed an E2k3 migration, and my clients were already on Outlook
2k3. Now I'd like to enable cache mode across all the user profiles. Is
there a way to do this with the Custom Maintenance Wizard? I wasn't able to
see any option to do this.

Thanks.
