Key no longer valid after registry clean???
Hi,
I've been Office 2003 since it came out with a legit key. Recently I cleaned the registry and after that OGA tells me I'm using an illegal copy of Office. I've re-entered the product key which worked fine, but the next day OGA was there again to complain. All my co-workers are using the same key (It's a volume licence) and have no problems with it. Does anyone have a workaround for this problem, other than to reinstall office? Thanks In advance! |

Recover from whatever you used to clean the registry, you did backup the
'cleaned' items didnt you? Reg cleaners are in general a v.bad idea for the uninitiated and are extreamly unlikely to result in any enhanced performance. And I wonder what your Company thinks of its workers messing around with their PC's "VbAGeek" wrote in message ... Hi, I've been Office 2003 since it came out with a legit key. When you say a volume license, is it an Enterprise key or a Volume License
key? Reason I ask is that companies may purchase xx number of licenses under the Volume License program and once they have exceeded the number of licenses, you may find yourself in your exact situation. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] ALWAYS post your Outlook version!
