Default Sending reports in .rtf

When I select a report to be email to a user via Rich Text Format, some data
is being dropped from Comment box. Although if I select to send this via
Snapshot Format then all data is included? Why is some data coming through
and some data is missing?

I've found reports in .RTF to be, at best, "quirky" in maintaining the
format that I see in preview or print, though I haven't had data truncated
_if there was room in the text box to show it all_. If that text box relies
on Can Grow or Can Shrink, I wouldn't be surprised if there's a problem.
