Added another row above table & rest of table moved to next page

Default Added another row above table & rest of table moved to next page

Further to above... even tho there is plenty of room for this single row
addition, it still pushed the rest of the table onto a new page, so I have
one line on the first page, then the rest of the table on the second page.
