Calculation in Pivot chart

Right-click the field button Choose Format PivotChart field Click the Advanced button Set 'Top 10 AutoShow' to On Select a number to show, click OK Or, add a field to the data source, and calculate the total for each item, using SUMIF or SUMPRODUCT, e.g.: =SUMIF(D,D2,E:E)10 Add that field to the page area, and filter for TRUE Marietjie wrote: I created a pivot table and pivot chart.
