Logarithmic type charts
Create a XY Scatter chart. Then, double-click each axis in turn, and in
the resulting dialog box, from the Scale tab, check the 'log scale' checkbox. -- Regards, Tushar Mehta MS MVP Excel 2000-2004 www.tushar-mehta.com Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA tutorials and add-ins Custom Productivity Solutions leveraging MS Office In article , says... Logarithmic type charts
Hi Trevor
try using the X/Y Scatter diagram type. Format both axis (double click on the axis to open the dialog) with a log scale -- Regards Frank Kabel Frankfurt, Germany Trevor wrote: Frank, Thanks for the link. Interesting site, but it doesn't quite answer my question. I'm looking for a way to configure both the x and y axes to a logarithmic scale. It seems that Excel only allows the y-axis to be configured to a log scale. I'm hoping that there's a trick. Regards, Trevor |
