Default Trouble UNINSTALLING the Personal Folders Backup Utility

I have OUTLOOK 2003 upgraded from OUTLOOK 2002. During the upgrade the
Personal Folders Backup utility was removed from the Add/Remove programs
option in the control panel and does not show up as installed within the
OUTLOOK file menu. When I try to reinstall it, it indicates there is a copy
still installed on the machine and that it needs to be uninstalled first.
I'm unable to do so however since the uninstall entries are gone. It will
not uninstall itself either.

How do I do a MANUAL uninstall of the utility so I can start over and get a
functional copy installed and working again?

Ed
