Default How do i add up every other coloumn in a linked sheet

I am trying to add data in every other coloumn for my HR dept which is broken
down my ethnicity and grade and want to excllude white and need the figures
for ethnicity and non statted. It if further broken down by grade of staff
as well.

You need to post more detail of your column headings, type of data
contained and what you are wanting to total.
