Email mail merge shows a bunch of attachements intead

Hello,

I want to use the mail merge email capability to send out html file with a
mix of pictures and several different color text blocks. When the mail was
sent through this capability, I select the HTML option. The email messages
received in yahoo mail or hotmail mail account show a long list of
attachement and the message content itself has the pictures and text blocks
scattered intead of the nice formatted document that I viewed in Word2007
before I sent them. Please help me to "convert" or do something to this
document so that the recipients in yahoo or hotmail can see the same
formatted document that I see in word2007.

You have no control over how the recipients will receive your email
messages.

Use the “Add-in to Merge Letters to Separate Files� that I have written and
that can be downloaded from that site will allow you to create each letter
as a separate file with a filename taken from a field in the data source to
create each letter as a .pdf file and then use the method in the article
"Mail Merge to E-mail with Attachments" at:

to email those files to the recipients
