Default Registration Code

I reformatted my hard drive to upgrade to XP, and upgraded
to Office XP as well. I have another computer that does
not have Office installed, so I would like to install
Office 2000 on the other computer. My problem is that I
lost the book with the registration code for Office 2000.
Is there another place I can find it, or a number I can
call to get it?

Thank you!

If you have an OEM version of Office 2000 that was preinstalled by your
computer's manufacturer, then you cannot legally install it on another
computer, because you are only licensed to use that copy of Office on
the computer where it was originally installed. If you purchased a
retail version of Office 2000, then see
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=823570 "How to Obtain a New Product
Key for Office Program Setup".
