signing in to Office Communicator 2007

Default signing in to Office Communicator 2007

when i try to sign in i get the error message......'Cannot sign in because
the server is temporarily unavailable. If the problem persists, contact your
system administrator.'.....

I am a home user, connected to BB by a LAN.
have tried deleting and re-installling, having set up outlook 2007 with 2
e-mail addresses.

i get the same message with both e-mail addresses while trying to sign in.
