Default Why is my chart showing extra bullet points beyond 11 that I want

I have two questions: Why is my chart showing extra bullet points at zero
beyond the 11 bullet points that I want? How do I get them off?
I was going to chart two different things and they were labeled correctly,
but the second one was not plotted correctly on the chart. The chart seemed
to be adding the numbers from the column above to the column below. How do I
fix that?
Thanks
