Default 3 ring binder pages

How does one setup Word 2000 for a small size 6" X 9 3/8" 3 ring binder page
with 3/4 " gutter for ring holes AND get Word to print page one on front of
paper and page two on reverse of page 1 etc. ? Is there a way to print ALL
odd pages and "then" put the printed sheets back in the printer and save
having to do one sheet at a time? I have an HP 1510 Allin one scanner
/printer and Windows 98SE Thanks.
