Book-style page numbering
I have a created a 116 page document in MS Word that I want to use
double-sided page printing. I want the page numbers to appear in the upper right corner just like any normal book. That means that the even-odd numbers have to flip-flop right-left in order to appear as the consecutive pages of a book. This is my question: Will I have to print all the odd pages first and then manually shift the page numbering to the left side when I'm ready to print the even pages, or can this be set up so I don't have bother shifting the numbers manually? Thank you for your input! |

Book-style page numbering
On the Layout tab of Page Setup, check the box for "Different odd and even."
Then place the page numbers as appropriate in the Odd Page Header and Even Page Header. -- Suzanne S.
