Default 5 year service awards

I need to use conditional formating to highlight 5 year incremental service
awards in a spreadsheet.

Column A has hire date, column b figures the years of service. What is the
formula needed to highlight any increment of 5?

Similarly, how would I set up a spreadsheet which would show me the 5 year
incremental dates for each employee?
