Default Saving charts in eps format

I have several charts and figures created by Excel that I
would like to include in a paper for publication. The
journal requires that the figures be submitted as eps
files.
How can I save the charts as eps files?

Click on Chart, hold SHIFT, use menu item Edit|CopyPicture
Open your favourite graphics program and Paste
Do a SaveAs and specify the file format needed

One way is to make a copy of the chart in Excel and paste
it in windows visio(a software) and in windows visio save
it as .eps file.
