Sub-Report

Is there a document somewhere that explains how to create
a subreport? I'm no expert so I apologize, but what I
have tried is not working. Any help is appreciated.

In order to create a subreport you open the main report in
the design mode, than click on the subreport button on the
report-design tool bar and place it on the main report,
you will be prompted if you wsih to use a predesigned
report or a query as the subreport. You'll also be asked
about linking between the master ( on the main report) and
the child (in the subreport). Depending on exactly what
you want you can link or leave the link blank.
Hope this gets you started. You can also search in the
access help for subreport and that will bring up several
possible explanations.
