Default Reset the menue

I have designed a small MS Access DB and when I was traying to make a
customized menue some items like "startup", "Customize" & "Options" under the
Tools menue became hiden in which I'm unable now to reset and restore the
original MS Access standard menues.

Is there any way to reset the menue.

Thanks.

If the standard toolbars doesn't apear when the MDB opens, try and open the
MDB while the Shift key is pressed down.
