Default 2007 says won't upgrade from a prerelease version

Hi, Trying to install Office 2007 upgrade. And I keep getting the message,
"unable to procede due to, does not support upgrading from a pre-release
version of the 2007 Office system. You must first uninstall any pre-release
versions.."

I have 2003, Does it see this as the pre-release. I have uninstalled and
re-installed another 2003 copy, and registered it. I have tried another
upgrade copy same result. Is there some download I can use or maybe
something needs deleting in the registry.

Any suggestions appreciated, thanks.

Is this Q related to your other post?

Have you uninstalled any trial versions?

Hi, Not related to my other post, and no evidence of trial versions installed

The trial version doesnt allways show up in Add/Remove - so some have
stated - though if installed would be in;
\Microsoft Office\Office12 folder

Right; Useful links, I found Office Install 2007 (Beta) on my pc. How or
when it was installed I don't know. But it appears to be doing the trick.
Wasn't related to the 2003 as I thought.

Thanks for your help DL
