Default Cannot tab from colum to colum

When I go to enter into one cell, a box appears which includes 5 cells. When
I tab I can only tab down in the colum of this box. I have to use the mouse
or arrow keys to go to another colum. This box appears again again when
tabbing does the same. How can I remove this.

Excel 2007?

Are you saying when you click on any cell, 5 cells get selected?

Try setting the Zoom level a few points higher or lower.

Yes when I click on any cell 5 are selected. The cell I am in is white and
the other 4 are blue with a black border around all 5
