Default cannot remember password

This is rather embarrassing...but after years of using the same Outlook
account and never logging out, I accidently logged off my account. Now it
requires a password that I cannot remember. I set up a new account to send
this e-mail, but how will I fix my other problem? Help!

Contact your ISP/Mail Host Admin. They were the ones that assigned the
credentials.

Default cannot remember password

Outlook, or Outlook Express?

For OE:

For the logon password:

Your ISP should be able to tell you, or see this site for a tool to retrieve
your e-mail account password:
http://www.nirsoft.net/

For an identity password:

Or:
