Default HELP

You'll need to find a USENET newsgroup. If your ISP does not provide a
newsserver, you will need to sign up with a news server. There are many,
both free and for-fee - use Google, Bing, or your favorite search engine to
find one. If you just want to sample, http://groups.google.com archives
many newsgroups.
