Forumals not showing correct result (unless edit and enter)

Hi,

Hoping someone could explain and help.

I have a spreasheet with data in 3 colums and i'm try to add a formula but
for some reason everytime i put the formula in b3/b4 and past it down the
rest of the colum it comes up with a "0" zero answer.

B3 - March Actuals - 0
B4 - March Target - (-40500)
B5 - March Variance - (B4-B3) = 40500
B6 - % March - (b3/b4) = 0

If I go in and press F2 and enter on each cell it corrects the formula and
ajdusts it to what it should be. Any suggestions on why this occurs or a
quick way to fix. I actually have 10,000 rows and dont really feel like
pressing F2 enter all day

Make sure calculation is set to automatic.
