Default Converting JPG to Visio

I saved a detailed floor plan a couple of years ago to
JPG as I didn't think I'd need to change it again. Now I
do!!
Is it possible to convert it back to Visio 5 format?
Can't bear the thought of doing it all again!

I live in the SF Bay Area and regularly have this done by a local drafting
service. They take a drawing image, email it to India, and it comes back
manually and accurately redrawn (with layers and dimensions) in Autocad .dwg
format. You simply take the .dwg file and convert it from autocad to Visio.
Total turnaround time is about three days.

The cost is approximately $70 a page... a lot cheaper than doing it
yourself (unless you value your time at less than a dollar an hour...)!

I don't know of any way to convert a jpg to Visio, but you can have your
drawing redone very cheaply offshore.

I do a lot of residential remodeling drawings using visio instead of
autocad, where I all I have is a paper or jpg image of the original plan. I
work with an architectural services firm in the SF Bay Area that emails a
scanned image to India, where it is very accurately and cheaply redrawn
(multiple layers and all) in autocad .dwg format. Typical turnaround is 2-3
work days and cost is about $75 per large drawing.

If you need more info on this approach, you can reach me at
