Default Creating folders

I just installed my full version of Office after using a
trial version for a few weeks. I try to create a
contacts folder in my new version but it won't let me.
What am I doing wrong?

What steps did you follow? What happened when you tried? You should be able
to create a new folder with the File | New | Folder command.
