Default Logging information

I am new to the depth of excel but am excited to begin navigating through it.
Could someone help me with the following questions. I sure would appreciate
any suggestions to make this all possible.

Worksheet 1:
Date Day Before 1100 1100-1300
After 1300
1 04/22/09 Wednesday 5 6
7
2 04/23/09 Thursday 6 4
3
3 04/24/09 Friday 8 3
0
....
7 04/29/09 ---

(the date in A1 is Today() and the date in A2 is Today()+1 and so on)

Worksheet 2:
Each day the information I put into row 1 will fall off the worksheet and
become yesterday but I do not want to loose the information.
I would like to automatically keep this information by copying each row as a
log on worksheet #2 for future reference.

Is it possible and how?
