Default Copying email information from Inbox into Excel

When you view your inbox in Outlook it is possible to select multiple
messages, copy them and paste the data - i.e. From, subject, Received, size
etc into an excel sheet. I am trying to retreive the exact date and time
emails were received - time data can be extracted for emails received today
but not for older mail - only the date can be retreived for older mail.

1. is it possible to display received time for all emails in the inbox

or 2. is there another way of extracting the time data?

many thanks,

Tom

After furious head scratching, tommy asked:
