Default Auto Complete text feature

Everytime I try to find this I can never remember how to get to it.

In Outlook 2003 there is the feature that you can start to type a a phrase
and it will complete the phrase for you so you can just hit the "enter" key
to insert. Can someone remind where this is and how to do it.

I promise I will nail the instructions to my forehead LOL!!

Thanks,
Neil M

Using Word as the e-mail editor makes AutoText available.
