Default O.E.6, senders name

Hi,
I have a desktop which has a senders name (mine) seen by people I send
e-mail to,when it arrives in their in-tray, so they can tell who mail is
from.
Now,I also have a laptop. Can anyone tell me how to change the name on this
so when I send e-mail on it ,it will show the recievers the same name as if
sent by my desktop please ?Thanks for any advice

Tools | Options | Mail | Properties | General. What is entered in the Name
field is what will display. Change it to whatever you wish.

Hi BK,

Tools | Accounts | select your mail account, click Properties.

In the Properties dialog window, General tab, under User Information type
the name you want to appear, click Apply then OK.

I think that should be: Tools | Accounts | Mail | General.
