I'm trying to put a football league table together, which i'd like to include: the team, matches played, won, drawn, lossed, goals for, goals against, goal difference and points. i've pretty much done most of it but my main two problems are when there's no score entered for each match it enters in the table as a draw and my other issue is once a score is entered i can't get the teams to move up and down the league automatically. is there a way to lock the formulas for each team when they move up and down?

Please help my email is

Regards

S

Don - That was rather Imperical. ALL are not usually read. This is the only group I read. There is an INCLUDED FEATURE for multiple group postings. AND you didn't offer any useful advice until the poor sot, S, appologize His Royal Highness Don King of the Users Groups.
Shame. Shame.

Why imperial? You are obviously ignorant about NGs etiquette, besides if you
want to criticize somebody, have the
courage to use your own name. Multiposting is BAD and if the OP wanted to
post to more than one group he could
crosspost, that way make sure that somebody doesn't work in vain spending
considerable time to solve somebody else's
problem when it already might have been answered in another NG. Also, Don
didn't mean that all groups are read by everybody,
but most groups are read by most of the regulars. At least Misc, Newusers,
Programming and Worksheet Functions.
Also not using a subject line like "Help", "Excel Question", "Please" or for
that matter "Frustrated" should be a no brainer.

Dear Frustrated,

I can understand your frustration since you do not bother to read the rest
of the post where I DID send help to this poster and did receive a reply
thanking me for doing so. We do read most, if not all, excel ngs and we do
point out to posters, especially new posters, the desired etiquette. This is
for their own good so they will get more answers.

You, however, might not get too much help around here.

Have a nice day.
