Error opening message
I am trying to help a friend fix an Outlook Express 6.0 problem (running
under Windows XP) that just started. When she tries to open or reply to any message, she gets a error that says "There was an error opening this message." In addition, this error occurs: "The adddress book failed to load. Outlook express is incorrectly configured, please re-install." What needs to be done to fix this problem? Thanks to anyone who can help me out. |
