Locating Signature file
What you need to do is
- Create a simple text file with any text in it. Use Notepad - Then in OE specify that file as your signature. - Then tell quipsig to use that file. I don't know if the program is compatible with OE, but you should be able to find out by doing the above. -- Mike - http://pages.prodigy.net/michael_santovec/techhelp.htm "bkmyers" wrote in message ... Thanks for your answer, however the problem is that quipsig wants the location of the file during the install process-and there is no file that corresponds to the request.......this comes up in a search, but when I try to browse for it in the Quipsig window during install it is not there..........what am I missing here? thanks again...................B -- **** Barb Myers "Michael Santovec" wrote: OE supports 2 types of signatures: 1) TEXT which is stored in the registry 2) External FILE of your choosing. You are going to want to use the second option. Look at Tools, Options, Signatures. -- Mike - http://pages.prodigy.net/michael_santovec/techhelp.htm "bkmyers" wrote in message ... I want to use Quipsig and need to locate the path of the sig file.......Thanks in advance........b -- **** Barb Myers |
