Error: Address book failing to operate. Not configured properl.Re
Hello, Problem with my address book, it has become inaccessible. My outlook
express error message is telling me I am not configured properly and to reboot the program. I have cleaned the computer and rebooted several times and it is still the same. I use Windows XP Home Ed. I would be most grateful for your help, Ed.
