Default How to force a carriage return in a text field?

We have a text field on a form. In version of Access prior to 2007, we could
use CTL+Enter to insert a carriage return and continue typing text. This
field is then printed on a report with a carriage return.

In Access 2007, any character entered AFTER CTL+Enter would not print on
the report. Additionally, it would not even text wrap, even after setting
the property to "Can Grow = yes".

For example (pre-2007):
Today is Tuesday, July 22, 2007. It is hot and humid.
CTL+ Enter
Tomorrow is supposed to be the same.

2007:
Today is Tuesday, July 22, 2007. It is hot and humid.
CTL+ Enter
