I use a report and I need it to print a label .67" from the bottom edge of
the page. If I expand th eheighth greater than 9.375", the last inch prints
onto the next page.

A piece of paper is 11 inches high. how can I print a label onto the last
quarter inch?

It's possible your printer doesn't support printing in that region of your
page. Most ink jets in particular can't print within .6" from the bottom of
the page.
