Office XP Activation/Subscription questions
Just installed Microsoft Office XP Professional Special Edition on a Windows
98SE laptop, and activated over the internet. I don't have to re-activate if I change any of my system settings, like changing partitions or swap file settings, right? This is only HW dependent? Also, as I browsed the EULA it said somethng about a one-year subscription. Do I have to pay for this product AGAIN a year from now??? What exactly does that mean??? |

Office XP Activation/Subscription questions
Microsoft sold a subscription version of Office XP but found it was too
cumbersome to support. Folks who got the prompt to re-subscribe were given a telephone number to contact Microsoft for a permanent key. All of this is from memory - Bob Buckland would know for sure. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without reading. After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Gyorgy Moldova [MCSE, MVP] asked: | What did you read?
