Avery 5385 Label Setup
I need to create a label template for this exact size so I can print these
out for roll o dex cards. I used the mail merge wizard to get my contacts information from outlook. My main problem is that it won't allow me to type in each label with the cursor on both the right and the left. I need the company name in the first row to the left, and the phone number to the right. When i go click on the allign text right, it move my text i just typed with the allign text left, over to the right. I have to have these in this format because all the company names wont be the same and would lead to different space usage. I have tried to split the label cell and allign the text on the right cell to the right, but when i update the fields to copy to every label, it leaves the right cell i just split, out of the label. Can someone please help me with the issue. It would be greatly appreciated. -- d brink |

Avery 5385 Label Setup
Set a right-aligned tab stop at the right cell margin and use Ctrl+Tab to go
to it. -- Suzanne S. Barnhill Microsoft MVP (Word) Words into Type Fairhope, Alabama USA http://word.mvps.org "dbrinkmn19" wrote in message ...
