Default deleted documents

Can I get back a paper I deleted by mistake? I saved it to my documents, and
now it only shows a blank page. I don't know how this even happened. I didn't
save it online or anything.

Presuming this is on your own PC (not a network), then the slimmest of
chances if you had the 'Always make a backup copy' enabled. Search for the
filename.bak and this will have a copy of the penultimate version.

If this is a recent version, it will be "Backup of filename.wbk" instead.
