Default Office student and Teacher 2003

Just purchased this product. Tried to install it on my pc, it comes up with
an error saying it is corrupt and canot continue when i type in the product
key. The disk is brand new and has never been used before (to my knowledge,
got it brand new from amazon).

I too have downloaded this file many times and have been unable to get it to
run. I called Microsoft to get help and got the mantra buy the full version
and we will help. If I can't get the free version to work why would I want
to spend over $100 to get the same file that does not work. This is of no
help i am just venting. Maybe someone from Microsoft will see this and offer
some help.

Sigh - what about a "trial version" is not clear (Note - it is NOT a free
version). No trial version gets support, not from Microsoft nor any other
major software company.

You cannot even report the fact that the trial version does not work because
the help center does not even want to talk to you.
