For some reason Outlook Calendar has stopped showing attendees that have
accepted an intitation as "accepted".
This used to happen automatically but now it does not happen at all.
I have looked at every setting that might appear to pertain to this issue,
but I cannot find anything.

Bummer - care to share some information that might be useful in
troubleshooting this issue?

Outlook version? What did you do just prior to it not showing? Are you
synching with another application/device? If yes, what? What are your
planner settings? Your calendar settings for new appointments/meetings? Is
it still set to request responses?
