Default Internal Error 2349

Hi all,

Running Win XP, Office 2000 Pro. Tried to install publisher from disk 2 and
get Internal Error 2349. Microsoft KB States this error for several other
apps, but not publisher. Any ideas?

TIA

this is for FrontPage but it may also apply to you. Do you have Norton
AntiVirus installed? If yes, try disabling it.

Also, there is an article for Disc 2 products of Office 2000 at

I had the same issue, and I noticed a dirty CDROM disk 2. Try cleaning it.
