Default Moving average trendlines

At present I have a graph plotting 13 months data,
together with a linear trendline. I would like to change
this linear trendline into a 12 month moving average
trendline - still showing 13 months data. I would
therefore need to base the trendline on data not visible
on the chart (although this data would be available in the
tables from which the chart is plotted). To date I have
been unable to find a way of showing trendline covering
the relevant 13 months, without also showing data going
back 24 months.

Hopefully the above is clear

Thx

Hi Rob,
What the chart can't see, the chart does not know!
You will need to(a) chart the entire data range or (b) do the averaging in
another column and make this a second data series in the chart.

Thx for the help - Too busy thinking about how to do in
excel - should have spared some of my brain to find
another way around it - obvious now you've pointed it out

Once more Thanks
